My bro in law had an endoscopy this weekend, and they found a hernia and dead cancer cells. They said they're going to check his bowel (with a colonoscopy) to make sure they haven't originated elsewhere but didn't really tell him what dead cancer cells are in the first place.

i was diagnosed with "ovarian cancer" in 04, and i am now in remission. it was germ cell tumor, pnet, sarcoma, teratoma and yolk sac tumor all in my ovary. it's very rare, so i was wondering if anyone heard of it? they say i have 11% 5 yr survival rate. what does that mean? that i only have 11% chance of living past 5 yrs or making it to 5 yrs? please help me understand!

Okay...Last year was my first time every going to a tanning bed. I had a good experience and I never burned or anything..
Well recently I began to tan again...
Ive only gone FOUR times and on the third time I began to itch like no other...
I then found 3 brownish spots under my chest...
I didnt know if that was normal or not...
But I went again anyways...
I now have the 3 spots...and 2 extra on my stomach...
I looked up "skin cancer" and pictures

I went to the dermatologist because i was referred by my doctor for bruises that have lasted months... he had no clue so he sent me to a dermatologist..
At the dermatologists he kept looking at my moles and saying they were suspicious. He even brought out a textbook and showed me pictures of cancerous moles! Anyway today he took a biopsy from one on my back. Does this happen frequently and its nothing I should be worried about or
